"Ian Street has recently finished a patio for us. This work involved using drawings we supplied of a random design, incorporating different sizes of York stone slabs. The area had to be split into 3 levels with brick steps because of the slope of the garden. 

Ian followed the design extremely accurately and the finished job is of a very high standard. As he is self-employed, he takes great care and pride in his work. We have found him to be reliable, tidy and always turn up when he is expected. 

We we would have no problem with using him again or in recommending him to anyone else wanting an excellent job.

"Ian Street has recently completed work on our property. He came to us highly recommended by a number of Coleshill residents and I have to say that in all respects he fully lived up to his reputation in the many and varied tasks he undertook. 

Ian's principle role as the general builder was the very difficult removal of an internal chimney from basement to roof level together with the associated removal and building of brick walls whilst maintaining the integrity of the internal structural support. He created window openings, and undertook extensive brickwork recounting, draining connections to the public sewer and repaving work. He was also responsible for facilitating the work undertaken by the roofers, plumbers, heating engineers, electricians and decorators. He kept the job clean and tidy at all times. Isn streets workmanship is of the highest quality and his honesty and integrity are exemplar. He is punctual and delivers work on time. Anyone employing Ian will be well pleased."
